SSGA Closes Investment Transaction in the Denver Market

5/1/2015 SSGA acted as buyer’s representative in the closing of a net leased investment property in the Denver suburban market.  The buyer, who is a longtime client of the company, is an owner of several school buildings.  In this transaction, he sold an investment asset and redeployed the proceeds in a 1031 exchange to defer capital gains tax.  SSGA identified a suitable investment opportunity, conducted due diligence for the buyer, provided purchase contract guidance, and located a lender on the transaction.  This was not a childcare industry transaction. SSGA can help our clients with real estate needs outside of the childcare industry.
