6/24/2016 – It often takes time to position yourself for the right time to sell. SSGA worked with this franchise owner seller for several years to improve upon the financial landscape and position their business to sell for maximum value.  Once their franchise agreement was set to expire, the timing of the agreement expiration and stability of their business lent the perfect time for a sale. A national buyer had been working to locate a quality school in the metro market in Atlanta to expand a growing Southeastern brand and were very pleased with the location and quality of the business.  The sellers were able to sell both the real estate and business in a simultaneous transaction and now are focusing on other careers.
