On Friday, April 30, 2010, Strategic Solutions Group Advisors announced the closing of a transaction of two multi-site operating early education businesses.  The businesses consisted of childcare and public school afterschool developed and managed as quality early educational programs by individuals seeking to make a positive contribution to the care and education of young children.  The businesses were sold to a private equity group, representing its first entrance into the industry, with the intention to continue growth and expand its base of operations.  The acquirer was able to provide value for the existing business, along with resources, benefits, and future opportunity for staff.  This management decision to sell helped the business owner capitalize on their long-term investment in building a quality, productive business.
