| SSGA Closes Investment Property Transaction |

On June 1, Strategic Solutions Group Advisors closed a net-leased sale transaction of a school investment property for a large regional child care operator. The sale was completed in less than 60 days with market-rate financing. SSGA currently has other similar net-leased child care centers available for purchase at very attractive cap rates.
